- Help Desk 1.800.516.7179: Whether you need to know how a specific function works in your spreadsheet application, cannot figure out how to work your printer, or seem to have lost your entire website, call the Technology Help Desk first. They can help you out of the majority of technical jams right over the phone. If your issue requires more assistance, they will connect you to a Technology Service Provider.

Whatever your technology needs, finding a reliable and affordable service provider can be a daunting task. The IM/IT Canada Training and Technical Support Network
The IM/IT network is a system that will link voluntary sector organizations with reliable and affordable technology services. The goal of the Network is to foster access to IT planning, hardware and software, training, and technical support, ultimately saving organizations time and money. Funded by the Government of Canada through the Voluntary Sector Initiative (VSI), the IM/IT Network is a joint undertaking between Canada’s voluntary sector and the Government of Canada whose aim is to strengthen the sector’s capacity to serve Canadians and their communities through technology.
